I awarded this black boy a challenge when he was a yearling. I was absolutely delighted to see he had fulfilled all his early promise and now as a 2 year old he has blossomed into an outstanding Great Dane. He commanded attention from the minute he entered the ring. His headpiece is superb with correct planes and a lovely dark eye and soft expression. Good length of foreface with a long clean neck that sits smoothly on a perfect shoulder assembly. A strong topline and excellent croup of the correct length and angle. His powerful hindquarters help to power him around the ring and his foot fall is perfection to watch. He is still a young dog that is full of himself and I am sure as he settles into adulthood his overly proud tail will also settle.
